WORKOSFERA

Problem

Land erosion in the entrance area after every rain.

Solution

A comprehensive water flow analysis was conducted in the area, and various strategies were implemented. Water infiltration into the subsoil was promoted through terraces that also serve as recreational areas for users.

The water was dispersed using medium and small-sized plants, and species adapted to the local climate were planted to minimize irrigation.

Stone pathways were also built with the minimum amount of cement possible, allowing water infiltration and preventing flooding. What was once an isolated space now has seven independent terraces, which users enjoy for working, making phone calls, or relaxing.
