The indoor climate of the home was excessively cold and caused constant allergies to the inhabitants. Upon visiting the house, I observed extreme humidity levels and low temperatures that jeopardized both the health of the inhabitants and the artwork decorating the space.

I conducted a bioclimatic study to understand the source of the humidity and proposed passive solutions, such as extreme window insulation, the use of moisture-absorbing sacks in drawers, improving ventilation, creating a partition to isolate an interior garden used for decoration, as well as heaters and moisture extractors that will be used minimally, only on certain days of the year.
